The UK Banking system leave a lot to be desired. It is completely archaic in comparison to the German system. When a person pays money for an order directly into our Business account in the UK, there is no real way of finding out who has paid. The bank just gives a set of numbers, which in themselves mean absolutely nothing to us. We therefor request if paying in Sterling £ into our UK account, that a copy of the transfer be either sent in the post or by e-mail.
The German system allows you to write a name and invoice number. The Germans have enjoyed pin numbers on Bank cards for over 10 years, so we see just how far behind the UK is in its Banking methods.
If you are unable to send us proof of payment, it may be wise to send a cheque or Postal Order made out to Tuckey-Dotek Ltd and posted to the accounts department. (write name /address / order number on the back or on accompanying paper.)
If you would prefer to give you bank card details over the telephone, we can accept that too. The payment system linked to this site is through WorldPay and we advise that this is used where ever possible.
